The gorgeous couple!(Thanks to Sarah Cool and her dynamic flower arranging skills!)
So according to a quality chic flick I recently watched the best place to look when the bride walks in is at the groom... putting the theory to the test and yes he looks floored!
The Best Man ... looking cheerfully confident that he hasn't forgotten the rings!
The Vows
The Bridesmaids totally nailing their job of looking beautiful!
Katie
Emma
The moment of truth...
and he did pull through!
Paul's starring role... strangely didn't take a few moments to wish me many happy returns!

The beautiful bouquet
"OK, I definitely saw a pen nib in these feathers when I packed it this morning!"
Looking very happy (no doubt thrilled the unseasonal rain held off too!)
Lots of other people wanting to congratulate them on clear skies!
The Birthday Lady and Party
(Jo's cute knit vest courtesy of The Star, thanks Vic it looked so sweet!)
OK who thought it'd be funny to put rocks in the confetti!?!
Aha! I think we've spotted the culprit (4 O'clock, dark glasses!)
Very atmospheric music performed live!
Laura and Bro!
Laura with her Mum and Dad who arrived all the way from the UK just a few days before. Last time we saw them we'd just broken their swinging garden chair (by piling four people on and optimistically aiming for a rather high arc!) but they didn't seem to remember ... at least her Dad didn't mention it in his speech!
Ah the trials of a Mum! At some point before this photo my scarf unfortunately fell victim to an overexcited, bouncing baby accident (I bet this never happens to Princess Mary!) but you'd never know it from this cherubic sleeping pose (babies always look so innocent in repose!)
What a lovely little family!
More excited, baby bouncing! And don't wine glasses make a fab drum kit?Ba boosh, ba boosh, ba booshka!
One of my favourite things about weddings is the Bride and Groom's table, I just love the beautiful clutter of crystal, gorgeous blooms and candelabras ... romance mixed with food- could there be anything better?!

OK... I might just have discovered a contender!
Just as the evening was drawing to a close and I started to wonder if this really was my party after all (my suspicions were aroused when I didn't get to cut the cake!), I returned from a quick trip to the bathroom (to see if my scarf was salvageable) to a very special Happy Birthday announcement from the Bride and Groom themselves! Thanks for sharing your day with me guys, we really had the best time!Laura and Troy kick off the dancing...
And Joseph finds a perfect hugbuddy! Could there be a better way to end a beautiful Birthday?
