This and that in June

Yes it's a tree! A gum tree actually at Bi-centennial Park ... which still tops my 'favourite parks in Sydney' list (Bell's too 'cause of the top play equipment & sandpit there!). I snapped this pic because I thought the ivy was pretty. There was a whole little section of small gum trees with ivy covered roots at the park. Bell thought it was great fun to run in and out of and lose mum in, especially since Mum's gotten a bit chubby round the middle and can't run as fast as she used to!
More running! This was last Sunday afternoon after church. It was a very wet week in Sydney and for the first time all year the rain finally fell over the catchment area too! I celebrated by filling Bell's bath all the way up to the halfway mark (which was badly needed after all that running in the mud!).

And this is why you should ALWAYS change your toddler out of her beautiful dress as soon as she gets home from church!
Friday night after another cool winters day, Bell relaxes with her favourite movie ever (well for this week anyway!): 'Bambi!' (we have all unanimously agreed that 'Bambi' is a very bad name for a male deer ... or infact a 'male' anything!)
Multi-tasking: Bizzers proves she's not too big to fit in the laundry basket while still watching Thumper thumping around the screen!
