Milz-E-Bubs

A very exciting thing happened in December (apart from Christmas!), our wonderful and much missed American buddies Kim and Brad Wilson returned to Oz to stay (for what we hope will be forever or at the very least a good few months!) and they returned with a very special someone in tow that wasn't there last time we saw them! Little Milz-E-Bubs (otherwise known as Amelia-Jane!)

The little lady herself looking pretty in pink (and white and green and red and blue!)

Having waved goodbye to The Gramps as the set off on their second tour of exploration (this time 'down south') we were happy to have our spare room occupied again by such a cute little family ... and Isobel was thrilled to have another baby around to mother (Milz is just 3 and a half months older than Joseph)!

And if there's one thing Bell has learnt about being a Mum it's that you always wrap your baby (even if it's high 30s outside with humidly hitting around 98%!)

Speaking of being a Mum, I read somewhere recently that chronic sleep deprivation has the equivalent effect on our body as fast-forward aging, which a glance in the mirror confirms! (maybe that's why I like this photo so much, notice it's ever so slightly blurred!) but despite the lack of sleep I love my little man absolutely and wouldn't exchange him for a years worth of uninterrupted beautiful sleep (now that's really saying something!)!
